The new version of the Zendesk Extractor is now in public beta—featuring faster performance and support for both full and incremental data loads.
We’re excited to announce the beta release of the Zendesk Extractor V2. This new version is a significant upgrade from V1, offering improved performance and more flexibility when working with Zendesk data.

- Full and Incremental Loads: You can now configure the extractor to either fully reload or incrementally sync your data based on your use case.
- Improved Performance: Optimized data extraction makes the component faster and more reliable, especially for large datasets.

Getting Started
To start using Zendesk V2, you’ll need:
- A Zendesk account with API access
- API token and subdomain for authentication

Important note
Zendesk Extractor V1 is now deprecated and will no longer receive updates. We recommend migrating existing configurations to V2.
