Shopify GraphQL Extractor v2 Now Generally Available

The Shopify GraphQL Extractor v2 has moved from beta to stable after successful testing and bug fixes.

What's changed

Following feedback from beta users, we've resolved several issues and the component is now generally available. If you've been waiting for a stable release before migrating from the legacy REST-based extractor, now's the time.

As a quick recap, the v2 extractor uses Shopify's GraphQL Admin API with bulk operations — the modern, supported way to pull data from Shopify. The legacy REST API has been deprecated for years, though Shopify still hasn't announced an end-of-life date.

Migration path

Configurations are compatible between v1 and v2, so migration is straightforward. We're gradually offering migration to existing clients to validate the process before any broader rollout. The legacy v1 component remains available and unchanged for now.
