Scheduled Partial Maintenance of GCP and Azure stacks – August 15 & 22, 2026
Keboola is conducting planned maintenance of GCP and Azure hosted multi-tenant stacks on Saturdays, August 15 and August 22, 2026, with a brief service outage expected.
We would like to inform you about the planned maintenance of Keboola stacks hosted on GCP and Azure.
During the database upgrades there will be a short service outage on the affected multi-tenant stacks. The maintenance will take place in two windows:
- Saturday, August 15, 2026 between 07:30 and 09:00 UTC — GCP US multi-tenant stack (connection.us-east4.gcp.keboola.com) and Azure North Europe multi-tenant stack (connection.north-europe.azure.keboola.com)
- Saturday, August 22, 2026 between 05:40 and 07:00 UTC — GCP EU multi-tenant stack (connection.europe-west3.gcp.keboola.com)
Effects of the Maintenance
During the above periods, services will be scaled down and the processing of jobs may be delayed. For a very brief period during the service enhancement period the service will be unavailable for up to 10 minutes and APIs may respond with a 500 error code. After that, all services will scale up and start processing all jobs. No running jobs, data apps, or workspaces will be affected. Delayed scheduled flows and queued jobs will resume after the maintenance is completed.

- 07:30–07:45 UTC: processing of new jobs stops.
- 07:45–08:45 UTC: service enhancement period.
- 09:00 UTC: processing of jobs resumes.
Saturday, August 22, 2026 — GCP EU (connection.europe-west3.gcp.keboola.com):
- 05:40–05:45 UTC: processing of new jobs stops.
- 05:45–06:45 UTC: service enhancement period.
- 07:00 UTC: processing of jobs resumes.
