JDBC Driver - Query Your Keboola Data from Any SQL Tool

Connect DBeaver, DataGrip, Tableau, and other standard SQL tools directly to your Keboola data with our new JDBC driver - no exports, no workarounds.

We're excited to announce that the Keboola JDBC driver is now available. It lets you connect industry-standard SQL clients and BI tools straight to your Keboola data through the Query Service API, so you can explore and query your tables from the tools you already use every day.

Until now, working with your data outside the Keboola UI often meant extra steps. With the JDBC driver, you point your favourite SQL client at Keboola and start querying - no intermediate exports or custom integrations required.

Read the full documentation.

What you get:

  • Standard JDBC connectivity: A downloadable JAR that plugs into any JDBC-compatible tool, including DBeaver, DataGrip, and Tableau.
  • IDE-native querying: A VSCode SQLTools extension for developers who prefer to stay in their editor.
  • In-platform setup: Connection details are available directly in Keboola under IDE connections, so getting started is quick.
  • Production-ready: The driver has been through code review, a security audit, and connection, error-handling, and timeout hardening, backed by an automated test suite and CI.

How to get started:

  1. Download the latest driver JAR from GitHub Releases.
  2. Grab your connection details from IDE connections in the Keboola UI.
  3. Follow our installation guides for DBeaver, DataGrip, and Tableau.

We'd love to hear how you're using the driver. If you have questions or feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
