Kai remembers what matters: shared team memory

Tell Kai a company rule once, and after a quick admin approval, every teammate's chats will know it too.

Kai remembers what matters: shared team memory

Kai can now keep facts that matter to your whole team, beyond a single chat. Mention a business rule, a naming convention or any other shared context mid-conversation, and Kai saves it as a memory instead of letting it get lost when the chat ends.

How it works

  • Capture mid-chat: Tell Kai to remember something while you're already talking to it. There's no separate setup.
  • Kai suggests memories too: You don't have to say "remember this". When Kai spots something worth keeping, it asks whether to save it. Nothing is saved until you approve it.
  • Admin review for company-wide memories: Shared memories go through a quick admin approval before they apply to everyone, so one person's shorthand doesn't become the team default without a check.
  • Applied automatically: Once approved, a memory is included in every future chat across the team, so nobody has to explain the same context again.
  • Personal memories: Kai also keeps memories that apply only to your own chats.

A tip in the chat input points you to this feature the first time you're in a conversation worth remembering.

This is a first version, and we'd love your feedback as more teams start using it. Questions? Open a support ticket, or type /feedback in Kai to start one.
