We've updated our data sharing experience with a new list view, enhanced metadata controls, and the introduction of Datashare Ownership—bringing more structure and clarity to shared data.
A Better Way to Manage Shared Data
This update enhances how users interact with shared buckets in Keboola:
- New List View in Data Catalog – Get a clearer overview of shared and linked buckets, with sorting and filtering options, including the ability to filter by ownership.
- Customizable Metadata – Edit shared bucket descriptions and assign colors to them for better overview and improved sharing management.
- Datashare Ownership – Shared buckets can now have assigned owners, providing visibility into who is responsible for the data. While currently informational, this lays the groundwork for future governance improvements.
