Conditional Flows Now Universal (Legacy Flows Navigation Simplified)

Conditional Flows are now enabled for every Keboola project, and the legacy Flows navigation is automatically hidden for projects that have no active legacy flows to manage.

We are rolling out two connected changes to Flows that make Conditional Flows the standard experience across all projects and clean up the navigation for projects that no longer need the legacy Flows entry.

No action required. Existing flow configurations are unaffected.

Conditional Flows now standard

The option to opt out of Conditional Flows has been removed. Every project now sees Conditional Flows in the navigation - no action is required, and all existing flow configurations remain completely unaffected.

Legacy Flows navigation hidden automatically

The legacy Flows entry will no longer appear in the top nav or sidebar for projects that have no legacy flows to manage. Specifically, it will be hidden for projects where:

  • No legacy flow configurations exist, OR
  • All legacy flow configurations are disabled

If your project has any active legacy flow, nothing changes.
The legacy Flows entry stays exactly where it is, and you can continue to use, modify, and create legacy flows as before.

A migration guide is being prepared and will be made available for when you are ready to move to Conditional Flows.
